I like the "vibe" of this thing...kind of "old-school" Disney!

This is great for a couple of reasons. First, there are not many "rides" in the World Showcase area at Epcot. So, by virtue of it's very existence...it has a lot going for it! Secondly, the effects in the ride are done really well. Look for the "magic sparkles" swirly effect above your heads as you get sent out of the troll scene...it's great! I just rode this last night and we got a little wet at the very end in the North Sea scene. I've been on this numerous times and that was a first for me. We were in the last seat, so you may want to avoid it...just a suggestion! Oh! Stay and watch the film...it's pretty good. But if you do want to bypass it so you can get over to ride 'Soarin again, just walk on through the seats and exit. Lastly, the Norwegian cast members who attend to this ride are usually really attractive! Woo-hoo! Something for everybody!
